  • By donating, you confirm that:

  • BeingChildCare does not store your card, bank account, UPI, or payment instrument details.
  • You may be redirected to third-party platforms for authentication or completion of the transaction.
  1. Tax Exemption / Receipts
  • Eligible donations may qualify for tax benefits under Section 80G, if applicable.
  • Donation receipts will be sent to the email ID provided by you.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate information.
  1. Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • Donations once made cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded except in cases of:
    • Duplicate transaction
    • Technical error
    • Unauthorized payment
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction to email ID sent below with valid proof.
  1. Use of Funds
  • Funds collected will be used strictly for the charitable purposes of BeingChildCare.
  • Allocation of funds to specific programs or projects is at the discretion of the organization based on operational needs.
  1. Donor Information & Privacy
  • Donor data will be used only for statutory, communication, and accounting purposes.
  • We do not sell, trade, or share personal information with third parties except payment processors and statutory authorities.

  • We follow industry-standard security practices and rely on secured payment gateways for transactions.
  • However, BeingChildCare is not responsible for:
